Refund policy
Returning goods to Nirvive is very easy: you can return your purchase to your nearest post office and participating tobacconists. Simply send an e-mail to help.Nirvive@hotmail.com and we will give you all the instructions for the return.
We ask that you return the item to us within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order (or from the date it was ready for collection).
RETURN OF AN ITEM FOR REFUND
We also realise that sometimes you may not be satisfied with your purchase and all we want is to get the amount spent back. Provided the item is still in its original condition, we accept returns of items according to the following rules.
For items returned within 30 days from the day the parcel was delivered or was ready for collection, a full refund will be made to the same payment method used to place the order.
The costs for the return shipment are to be borne in full by the applicant. If an exchange is made, the shipping costs remain our responsibility.
We undertake to refund you the purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the item in our warehouse.
If you intend to request a refund within the above time limits but are unable to make the return for any reason, please contact us and bear in mind that the refund in this case will be at our sole discretion.
WHAT ABOUT AFTER THE DEADLINES?
We do not accept returns of unwanted items that are returned after the above deadlines. If you send a return after the prescribed period, we may have to refuse it.
SHIPPING VOUCHER
The return shipment remains the responsibility of the sender until it arrives at our warehouse. Therefore, always ask for the proof of dispatch of your return in case we need to see it later (it is free of charge at the post office and other centres).
ORIGINAL CONDITIONS
The hygiene and safety of all our customers is paramount and for this reason there are some important rules to follow.
It is of course perfectly fine to try on an item as you would in a shop, but we ask that you do not use it for any length of time. If an item is returned damaged, with signs of wear or in an unsuitable condition, a refund is not possible and we may have to send the item back (and ask you to cover the shipping costs). All returned items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt at the warehouse.
All returned items must be returned in the original packaging.
RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for the items you wish to return until they arrive at our warehouse. Please pack them carefully to avoid damage in transit.
For the same reason, you should always obtain a receipt for your return in case you need to present it later (this is free of charge at the post office and other authorised offices).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund.
If you are returning items from different orders, please send them in separate parcels with the items for each order separated.
We will refund the price you paid to the account originally used for the purchase (this also applies to clearance items). The amount will be available in your account within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of the refund.
