We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are

some places we can't reach. If you happen to be from one of these countries, we will get in touch with you.

LOST/MISSING PARCELS
Velvret is not responsible if the wrong address is entered during the checkout process. Please make sure your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made a mistake, we take full responsibility for the original order that was placed for you.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for shipping costs once the items have been dispatched. Once you have purchased our products, you agree that one or more parcels may be dispatched to you and may incur customs charges on arrival in your country.

SHIPPING TIME

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, but sometimes it is not possible to track it due to free shipping.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PARCEL?
If you buy more than one item, everything will of course be sent in one parcel and delivered to you together by the courier!
